Returns and Exchanges are accepted solely at the explicit digression of the customer service team. We reserve the right to decline any return/exchange for any reason, however, we will always do our best to resolve any reasonable issues that arise.
- Exchanges are only accepted when swapping an item the same TYPE of item, and for an item of the same price. (For example, you can exchange one T-shirt for another T-Shirt of the same price)
- PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer any returns in the form of cash, check, credit, or debit refunds. ALL returns processed will be issued in the form of a GIFT CARD coupon, redeemable on our website for 80% of the cost of the item(s) you originally ordered. (this allows us to cover our order processing fees)
- To initiate a Return/Exchange: Please submit a request below. In your message, please be sure to fill out all required fields, including Name, Email, Order Number, and Mailing Address, along with a message explaining specific Exchange instructions (if you are requesting an exchange for a different size, etc)
- Requests for Returns or Exchanges must be submitted within 7 days of your original order being delivered.
- After submitting your request, please wait for a response and approval before mailing the product back to us for inspection and processing. NOTE: No refund will be issued until product is received, inspected, and processed. You are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the product to us, including packaging and postage.
